The goal is to provide interns with real world transaction experience over a 10-week program, giving them an opportunity to investigate investment banking as a career and gain valuable skills. Summer Interns work as members of deal teams to provide a broad range of services to the firms client-base. Intern responsibilities include building financial valuation models, engaging in due diligence processes, conducting company and industry research, and creating client presentations. Interns enjoy direct access to the industrys most highly regarded MA and restructuring practitioners, while gaining broad experience with varied products and industry sectors. Upon joining the firm, interns participate in a formal training program. Classroom training teaches c ore concepts required for the role roundtables and case studies explore key products and topics. Roundtables and networking events with senior bankers continue over the course of the program. Each Intern is also assigned a berater to help them acclimate to the firm and to assist with development. In addition to organized social events and lunches, interns are encouraged to network with bankers at all levels over the course of the summer.
